American Federal girandole gilt wood and gesso convex mirror with a central ebonized eagle perched to flee with ball and chain, flanking double acanthus foliage medallion candle arms, interior rope carvings, and terminating with a lower decorative urn floral pendent, Late 18th / Early 19th Century. Mirror retains the original silvered glass and wood backing.
