American mahogany classical four poster bed with boldly carved acanthus post, flanking fruit baskets, pineapple finials, cherub & floral filigree ormolu, and terminating on the original brass ball feet. Attributed to Anthony Quervelle, Philadelphia. Bed is queen sized and retains the original mahogany tester. Tester can be removed if desired. Early 19th Century
